All the information we have about users is controlled by the laws of the state of New York as applicable. We will keep the information as we need to maintain contact with you, and for our records. We will store and process personal information at locations that could by anywhere across the world. Information is kept securely and access to it is strictly controlled.

Bus8 uses certain physical, managerial, and technical safeguards that are designed to protect the integrity and security of your personal information. Bus8 cannot, however, ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or store on the Service, and you do so at your own risk. Bus8 also cannot guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards. We do share information with Motor Carriers to the extent necessary for such Motor Carriers to provide transportation services to you. We do not otherwise share any of your personal information with third parties without your consent and we only use your information as described in the Privacy Policy. If you object to your information being transferred or used in this way please do not use the Site/App.

We take appropriate steps to protect the information you share with us. We have implemented technology and security features and strict policy guidelines to safeguard the privacy of your personal information from unauthorized access and improper use or disclosure and we ensure that our security procedures are compliant with current applicable regulations.

Under no circumstances do we rent, trade or share your personal information that we have collected with any other company for their marketing purposes without your consent. We reserve the right to communicate your personal information to any third party that makes a legally-compliant request for its disclosure.

The information we provide to such third parties, Motor Carriers, or vendors are protected by a confidentiality agreement and are to be used solely for completing the specific project, and the usage of that information will be in compliance with the applicable regulations.

3. CUSTOMER’S OBLIGATIONS

You must only submit to us or our agents, affiliates or the Site/App information which is accurate and not misleading and you must keep it up to date and inform us of changes. Your actual details may be stored with us and you may access this information by logging into your account on the Site/App. You undertake to treat the personal access data confidentially and not make it available to unauthorized third parties. We cannot assume any liability for misuse of passwords unless this misuse is our fault.
